We saw this idea implemented by other companies, taxing themselves with an “Earth Tax.”
1% of our profits will go to towards supporting environmental non-profits that are working to defend our Planet.
MAKA FOR GOOD
The remaining 4% of our support will go toward helping educate the people in the area surrounding our plantation with dollars being spent on programs for a sustainable development of the area that will allow people to meet their present needs without compromising the future of the mesophilic forests and therefore, the future of younger generations.
ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY
Just like the ancestors of our local area… we walk the forests seeing the planet as they did.
We work in harmony with the forest that surrounds us, a symbiotic relationship that helps sustain the indigenous species of wildlife and fauna. As a member of “Birdlife International”, we strive to conserve birds and their habitats, helping to prevent extinction of the local bird species.
